ColorGard® 2.0 Makes Life Easier for Roofers

An innovative internal splice has eliminated the need for preassembly. The VersaClip™ can now be installed directly over all splices - drastically reducing a contractor's time on the roof. Using metal ColorStrips inserted into the front slot of the crossmember bar, the ColorGard 2.0 system will complement the color of the metal roof.  Use ColorStrips cut from the same material as the metal roof to obtain perfect color- and finish-matching for the life of the roof.

ColorGard Bar System Installed

Use S-5!® Unpunched ColorGard® 2.0 Bar (that comes in 7'8" lengths) with S-5!® clamps for standing seam metal roofs.  Also use with CorruBracket™ on 3/4" or 7/8" corrugated metal roofs or with VersaBracket™ for bolt-down application on exposed (through) fastened metal roofs. Install with VersaClip™ 2.0, which accommodates any seam spacing.

S-5!® Punched ColorGard® 2.0 Bar comes in 7'8" length and is slotted every 4" on center for seams that are spaced accordingly (divisible by 4). VersaClips are not needed when installing Punched ColorGard 2.0 bar on panel widths with seam spacing that are divisible by 4 (example: 12", 16", 20" panels).  Limited Availability

Each ColorGard® 2.0 bar comes with 1 splice for joining two sections of bar together.  There is a free lifetime material/defect warranty on the product.  An optional job-specific, low-cost P.E. wet stamp is available.
