S-5!® ColorGard 2.0 with NH 1.5 Clamps

S-5!® ColorGard 2.0 bar with NH 1.5 ("NH" stands for Nail strip Hinge) clamps is designed specifically for 1-1/2" nail strip/flange metal roof profiles with a wider horizontal dimension (>0.475" and up to 0.80").  Effective for snow retention in areas with low to moderate snow loads.

The innovative insert is a "hinge" design and features a toe to engage the female portion of the panel.  The aluminum insert forms to the shape of the seam, preventing damage at the point of attachment, while offering optimal holding strength.  The aluminum hinge insert is staked at one end to facilitate installation and is reversible to allow for proper fit on both wide and medium-width profiles.

S-5!® standing seam clamps are designed to affix directly to the vertical seams of the metal panels without penetrating the seam by tightening the included round-point, stainless steel setscrews to the specified tension.

All S-5!® standard clamps have undergone rigorous load testing through parallel-to-seam (along the seam or drag load) testing.
